With over three decades of experience in teaching/ training industry and an unparalleled track record of success to his credit, Mr. Kandala Srinivas has been tirelessly working for ANITS since 2006. Among his areas of specialization are quantitative & numerical aptitude and logical & analytical reasoning skills training.

Mr. Kandala holds a Master’s degree (M. Tech) in Civil Engineering and is also a permanent member of the prestigious Institution of Engineers, India. He is also one among the 32 best minds in the world (and the only one from India) selected by IBM Research for the month of September, 2017, after a world wide open challenge inviting people to match wits and crack a given problem. Not limiting himself to teaching Maths alone, he occasionally dons the additional role of a friend, philosopher and guide and offers his nuggets of wisdom to the students, with equal ease. His training sessions are highly sought-after by his students for they infuse a lot of higher order critical thinking and reasoning skills into them, not to mention the many resounding success stories he helped to create.

Mr. Kandala had previously worked for three years as director of IMS, one of the leading training centres for CAT in India, before moving to ANITS. His other training assignments include brief but rewarding stints at GVP, GMRIT, Vignan, etc. He is also an honorary expert member (Maths) of AP Maths Forum, Government of Andhra Pradesh.

In his current role as chief mentor, Mr. Kandala is focused on improving the quantitative and numerical ability skills of the students of ANITS.
